Amber Bhatty

I’m Amber and I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2020 just before the pandemic begun. My journey hasn’t been an easy one, and learning how to manage PCOS with the ever-changing requirements of life has been tough. I have struggled with heavy painful periods as well as, hair loss, low mood, anxiety, cystic acne, hirsutism, and weight gain.

I have tried various approaches such as the holistic method to manage my PCOS but has been challenging. I am passionate about advocating for PCOS as I know many women deal with this condition and I can relate to what they go through and want to help in any way that I can, through sharing my journey and tips that have worked for me to better manage the condition.

I think having a support network of like-minded women around you can help, just to have that friendly voice on the phone or meet up can really make an impact to know that you are not alone.

PCOS Relief is delighted to have Amber as an Ambassador, she is a self-lived experience female who understands the challenges of being diagnosed with PCOS. Amber will be able to support us in raising the awareness of PCOS and supporting females.
